Hanan Samet, CPA
FOUNDER & CEO
Hanan has been working within the financial services ecosystem for over 25 years. He is leading Efrat Regev Samet & Co since its inception, providing audit, taxation, accounting, and financial advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, and specializing in international activity.
He previously served as CFO at ICTS Global BV, a multinational loss prevention and security consulting firm, and CFO & Controller at Gilat To Home Latin America, a provider of satellite-based communications services, part of the Gilat Satellite group. He began his career as a Manager in the Audit unit of KPMG Israel/Somekh-Chaikin
Hanan is a member of the board of directors in several public and private entities. He holds a B.A in Economics and CPA Studies and MLB in Law.

Uzi Baruch, CPA
PARTNER & VALUE CREATION
Uzi has been involved in Israeli and global technology and financial ecosystems for over 15 years, which enables him to understand and address our clients' needs from a business perspective and a financial one.
Before joining BSummit, Uzi held multiple business development positions at KPMG Israel, working with local and global companies in multiple technology fields such as Mobility and Fintech.
Prior to his tenure at KPMG, Uzi sharpened his investigative skills at the Israeli Securities Authority, his managerial qualities at American Express and his accounting expertise at PWC. Uzi holds a B.A in Accounting and Business Administration and an LL.B in Law.

Guy Levi, CPA
SENIOR MANAGER
Guy is managing the Controllership team providing accounting services to start ups and other technology companies.
He reports according to multiple reporting standards (US GAAP, IFRS & Israeli GAAP). Among his tasks: Periodical reporting, budget comparison, preparation of audited financials and tax reports.

Reuma Itzhakov, CPA
BOOKKEEPING DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Reuma is managing the Bookkeeping unit and also personally managing the bookkeeping operations of several high-profile clients.
Services include: ownership of the bookkeeping operations, preparation of annual reports, interacting with the audit team and relevant financial institutions; handling payroll and insurance interactions with employees and service providers and treasury services.
